(CNN)Once upon a time, there was a troll named Elon Musk.

The Tesla CEO and notorious Twitter bad-boy was asked by Rainn Wilson, aka Dwight K. Schrute, aka possibly the best character on “The Office,” to develop a quiet leaf blower.

.@elonmusk can u make a quiet electric leaf blower?

— RainnWilson (@rainnwilson) April 19, 2019 Lo and behold, Musk announced just days later that Tesla would indeed be developing a such piece of garden equipment, alongside its line of advanced rockets and electric cars.

Tesla is going to develop a quiet, electric leafblower

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) April 23, 2019 He also couldn’t refrain from making a bad joke about it.

Tesla blows haha

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) April 24, 2019 But something was missing. Nowhere in his Twitter feed did Musk allude to Wilson, who of course, came up with the ingenious, quiet leaf blower idea. Read MoreSo Wilson pulled out the receipts.

C'mon Musk, give me some credit. @elonmusk pic.twitter.com/dAMXd97qiH

— RainnWilson (@rainnwilson) April 24, 2019 “C’mon Musk, give me some credit,” he pleaded. But Musk was unrelenting.

Nope 😜

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) April 24, 2019 “Nope,” he replied.Later, Musk also added that the aforementioned leaf blower will be sentient.

Will be sentient, of course

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) April 25, 2019 But if you’re waiting for a soundless, sentient, Tesla-branded leaf blower, you probably shouldn’t hold your breath.According to Musk himself, pretty much everything he tweets at this point is nonsense.
